Terms of service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply to all purchases on petrolheadgifts.com, operated by Petrolhead Gifts ("we", "us").
1. Products
Our 2026 advent calendars contain 24 numbered doors with 10 die-cast model cars (including two larger hero cars behind Door 1 and Door 24) and 14 acrylic car keychains, in a printed collector's box. Product images show the final design. Small variations in colour, finish and detail between the images and the production items may occur, and specific models and colours may vary from those shown.
2. Safety
Contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3. These are collectibles, not toys.
3. Independent brand
Petrolhead Gifts is an independent, fan-made brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BMW AG, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG or any other car manufacturer. Model names and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the style of the cars.
4. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in USD and include shipping. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll refund it in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Shipping, refunds and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.
7. Discount codes
One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and may end at any time.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order.
