Arrives safe or refunded

If your calendar arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email a photo to support@beameradvents.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Cancelling before shipping

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Just email us your order number.

Change-of-mind returns

We don't accept change-of-mind returns, except where the law requires it.

Customers in the EU and UK have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. To use it, email support@beameradvents.com with your order number within that period, and we'll send you the return address. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. The calendar should be returned complete and in its original packaging. If doors have been opened or items used beyond what is needed to inspect them, we may deduct an amount for the reduced value. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Bundles, gifts and Shipping Protection

If part of a bundle is refunded, the bundle discount and any free gifts linked to it are adjusted to the items you keep. Shipping Protection can't be refunded on its own once the order has shipped.
